Savorchocolate.com was developed by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company with major contributions by Alice Medrich, a three time “cookbook of the year” award winner and a sought after teacher and speaker. Alice Medrich has influenced American chocolate manufacturers, chefs, and home cooks since the 1976 opening of her groundbreaking dessert shop, Cocolat.

Additional contributions were made by a panel of culinary and wine experts including the Ghirardelli Head Chocolate Master, Ketchum Food Center, a Master Sommelier, renowned chefs, well known pastry chefs and certified sommeliers working together to provide fun, useful and accurate information.
